The Order Summary screen displays all orders on the system. It is quick to search or sort in a different way, such as Customer name or date. You can easily display only the outstanding orders for easy viewving. To vew or edit an order you simply double click it and the screen below appears.This screen shot also shows the simple to use search option.

The Detail screen displays the customer invoice and delivery information and a summary of the items. From this screen new items can be added or existing ones processed. It is possible to display previous deliveries, update the despatch status or create a duplicate.

The Item Screen shows very clear and straightforward information about the product sold. It includes VAT codes and options Nominal codes to integrate with account systems where required. The product can be looked up from the existing stock database or can be typed in freehand.
